This photo's frame isn't filled enough and has to much space. It is Candid, but needs to be more on the girl and zoomed. I think it should be vertical because people are vertical and if any arm gestures they should be shown. 
This photo's frame is very well filled with the main element and is at a great angle and is Candid. Its captures a great peak of action. Showing the hand and facial expression of the girl.
